Our guides are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.
When will I receive my order?
Plan on two to four weeks but we will make every effort to get the shipment there as soon as possible.

Yes. We will update the guide as new developments happen concerning IDs, credit cards, cash and other forms of payment. The guide will be updated at least yearly.
How will I know when the Guide has been updated?

If you are unhappy with your guide send us a written refund request by email or fax within 10 days from the date of purchase. A full refund will be provided within 30 days of receiving the request. We are sorry but no refunds will be made on the eBook version of the guide.
